Sigrid checks out a Roman Soldier in the square just outside of the Cathedral. Koln was part of the Roman Empire and there are still buildings in Koln dating back to that time.
If you rub the noses of these guys you either have good luck or get a wish granted....I don't remember which it is. We all took our turns. The guy on the right was kind enough to hold my shopping bag as we posed.
Gisela enjoyed the day.

Tomorrow, it is a Rhine River Cruise.
We enjoyed every day with you. It was one of the best times in this year. But our time we were together was too short and too fast ended.....Georg und Gisela
