This evening will be our last dinner together as a group of 12. Larry, Susan, Carson, and Amy will be going home tomorrow while the remaining eight of us head to Iquitos to explore the Amazon River. We had a great time for the last 10 days and we will miss our traveling companions as we begin a new and completely different adventure in Peru.
As always, the food was wonderful tonight.
Unfortunately, we will have to say goodbye to Victor tomorrow. We will have a new guide for the Amazon River portion of our trip. We will miss Victor and wish him well with his next bunch of travelers and with life in general. He did a fantastic job of taking care of us and helping us learn about Peru and enjoy the trip.
