  1. I love your blog. I can travel vicariously through you! I began your blog by reading the parts about Germany (as I visited there too, recently, to play the organs) and I was enchanted by your lovely pictures. You capture that country gloriously. I wanted to send you an email but the link in your profile didn't work. I plan to view all the Germany pictures you took because I have such good memories of my father's country (my maiden name is Gottert, with an umlaut over the "o") Also, my sister lived in Tauranga, NZ and never sent me pictures! I love yours! Good work. I hope to travel back to Germany some day to see some of the places you have photographed!

    1. Glad you enjoyed the blog Janet. We love to share our adventures. We originally just wanted to let family and friends know what we were doing but much to our surprise, we have had over 100,000 people view the blog in 162 different countries. If you have any questions about any of the adventures, we can be reached at jcbrowning65@gmail.com

    2. Thanks for the email address, John and Sigrid. I probably will have more comments and maybe even a few questions. By the way, did you get a chance to view or (better yet) HEAR any of the organs in the churches you saw in Germany?

    3. We were never there at the right time to hear the organs. We would have loved it if we could have caught a concert. We did not get any closer to the organs than the main floor of the church. We got to take tours of some magnificent cathedrals in South America (Lima, Buenos Aries, Rio De Janeiro) and got to hear a part of a service with the organ but not in Germany.
