The Grandkids and a Growing Baby Deer

The grandkids spent three days with us a little over a week ago. School was about to start so we had to get one last summer visit in before that happened. We went to the movies and had a late lunch at the Cheesecake Factory.

They were both hungry when we went in, but Petra OD on chocolate milk so her appetite wasn't so good when the macaroni and cheese arrived. We have to be more careful next time.

Tyler loved the sliders and fries despite the face he made while eating. He said the sliders were even better than Burger King. I am sure the Cheesecake Factory management would be proud.

Tyler and Petra shared an ice cream dessert.

Sigrid and the kids got to see the baby deer which is looking more like a teenager than a baby. The spots are still there but the body is really maturing. It was May when we first saw the baby hiding in the tall grass in our backyard.
