We are heading to New Zealand but it takes two days at sea to get there from Burnie. It is good to relax now because it will be non-stop touring once we get to New Zealand.
The numbers are in on passenger counts. The tables have turned on this cruise. Americans out number Australians by 763 to 308. Other countries represented were the United Kingdom - 121, Canada - 112, Norway - 14, Israel - 13, New Zealand - 13, Russia - 11, and the rest were in single digits.. There were only 5 Germans on this leg. I suspect that Sigrid was one of them since she is still a German citizen even though she is a permanent resident of the U. S.
